Junior House Colour Run

Towards the end of March the entire LWC community will be celebrating its second 36-hour Giving Day in celebration of the Lord Wandsworth Foundation – and this year, Junior House want to try and raise as much money as possible by having a sponsored Giving Day COLOUR RUN on Tuesday 25th March @ 5pm.

The Junior House Color Run is a fun 2km route where all pupils will be covered in coloured poweder as they run!  We hope that by taking part in this vibrant event that we will capture the attention of many sponsors. The powder is made from corn flour and non-toxic dye, and it washes away easily so as not to harm the environment.

Every year, the Lord Wandsworth Foundation supports around 50 children who face tough challenges at home, which are detrimental to the child’s normal educational and social development. All of our Foundationers have lost the support of one or both parents through death or other challenging circumstances. LWC provides a supportive boarding school environment in which they can thrive and be children once again.

By sponsoring this event you will be helping transform the lives of more children who have suffered the loss of a parent.
