Our school is taking part in the The Children Book Project’s Bookathon to celebrate stories and illustration and raise money for the amazing charity.
Each child within the school has set themselves their own reading challenge - from ‘Discovering 10 new authors’ to ‘Reading as many books as my age’.
And as a school we are hoping to raise £2,000 to fund five pop up book huts.
Please support us by sharing a love of reading with your children and/or donating to their fundraising page!
The Children’s Book Project collect donations of children’s books that families have grown out of, sorts them, and then gifts them to children with very few books of their own.
