UPDATES! 

We will be updating the fundraising target on this page if we receive donations outside of this page and when we raise money from our PFA events. Our goal is £30,000, and by deducting our other sources of funds as we receive them, it will be clear how much we have left to go!

• Our first Christmas Fair took place on Friday 13th December 2024 and it was a great success! Thank you to all stallholders that participated, all volunteers, everyone's kind donations and of course all the families that generously spent money and helped raise £1,117!!!
• On Friday 8th November we had our Halloween Disco! Not only did the children have a great time in some fantastic costumes, but the ticket sales helped raise £255.73! Thank you children for coming and to the families that purchased the tickets!
• On Friday 25th October we received an amazing £1,000!!! HUGE THANKS TO MEADOWHILL CARE HOME WHO KINDLY DONATED THIS GENEROUS AMOUNT!!!
• On Thursday 10th October we had a  lovely Tea and Talk morning for World Mental Health Day which raised £20 - thank you Luke, Claudia, Jaxson and Eloise and thanks to Morrisons for their yummy donation of donuts!

Help us build our PLAYGROUND HAPPY PLACE for Parkside Community Primary School, Borehamwood!

Our current playground has a large section that is out of use as it is in desperate need of repair. With £5,000 we could get this equipment fixed, BUT we are aiming to renovate the whole playground which costs at least £30,000, so that our children have somewhere exciting and engaging to look forward playing in, all year round, with a solid all-weather foundation, to ultimately always leave feeling happy!

We’re excited at the prospect of renovating the whole playground to provide our children with a safe, engaging space to play outside, having a hugely positive impact on their physical and mental health. 

We would like our playground to feature safe climbing frames, slides, and obstacle courses; natural elements with logs and boulders; sensory areas for imaginative play and to include equipment accessible to children of all ages at Parkside.

Our Goal: We aim to raise £30,000 to fund the renovation of the playground. Your contributions will go directly towards the equipment, all-weather foundation and labour costs.
