Prestbury School PTA are excited to host our very first Sponsored Colour Run! The Colour Run will take place on the school field during school hours on Friday 26th June 2026.

All children are invited to take part in this exciting event. Along the course, participants will be showered with vibrant coloured powder, so be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy!

Expect plenty of laughter, colour, and unforgettable memories as we come together for a fantastic cause.

All money raised will be split equally between Prestbury School PTA and our school charity of the year, MS-CAS.

Colour Run Participation Waiver & Parent/Guardian Consent

By registering a child and creating a fundraising page through the Prestbury School PTA fundraising platform for participation in the Prestbury School Colour Run, you confirm and agree to the following on behalf of yourself and the registered child/children:

You consent to the registered child/children participating in the relevant Colour Run event organised by the school, PTA, or associated organisers on the advertised event date (which may be subject to change).

  3. Understanding of the Activity

You understand that the Event involves coloured powder being thrown at and around participants and acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or respiratory irritation.

  4. Powder Safety Acknowledgement

You understand that organisers aim to use EN71-certified coloured powder products and take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. However, responsibility for determining whether the Event is suitable for your child/children rests with you as parent or guardian.

  5. Health & Medical Responsibility

You confirm that the registered child/children are medically fit and able to participate in the Event. You agree to inform the school or organisers of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, asthma, respiratory issues, or other health concerns prior to participation.

  8. Behaviour Expectations

You acknowledge that all participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other pupils, parents, staff, volunteers, and organisers throughout the Event.

  9. External Powders Prohibited

You agree that no external coloured powders or similar substances will be brought onto the event site by participants or spectators.

  10. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation in the Event and agree that the school, PTA, organisers and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except where caused by negligence that cannot legally be excluded.

  11. Indemnity
