We are delighted to announce that Run Canonbury Run is returning to Highbury Fields for a 6th consecutive year!

We’re challenging Canonbury children and their families to run, walk, hop or skip 2km as part of a fun run around Highbury Fields. Even more schools are joining Run Kids Run this year, so it is going to be one of the biggest family days out in Islington.

It is free to join. We are hoping to have many Canonbury kids run as sponsorship will be directly linked to participation rate. If 30% of Canonbury run, we will earn £5,000 for our school – and that’s before any sponsorships.

This year, Canonbury School Foundation has set a fundraising target of £5,000. The money will ensure the music programme, art provision, the concerts at Union Chapel and the subsidy of key school trips.
