On Sunday 26th April 2026 St Joseph’s children will take over the Harrogate Junior Park Run, taking on a 2km run through Valley Gardens to raise money for the PTFA.

📍Location: Valley Gardens, near the Cafe & Ripley Ice Cream 

⏰ Event Arrival Time: 8.40am

👂🏻 Junior Park Run briefing: 8.45am

🧘🏻‍♀️ Event Warm Up: 8.50am

👟 Run Start Time: 9am

Please support the School, the PTFA and children, sponsor our fantastic runners!

The event is to raise funds for the PTFA to support the school in their quest to invest in updating the technology to enhance classroom learning, items such as Tablets and Laptops.

Across multiple PTFA events we are aiming to raise over £8,000.00 this school year!

The fine print! *PLEASE READ*

  1. All children wishing to take part are required to register with Junior Park Run here: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/?section=form&eventName=harrogate-juniors&e=harrogate-juniors
  2. St Joseph’s PTFA need confirmation of the child wanting to take part, this is to ensure we have a medal and a fruit based snack waiting for them at the finish line, please fill in this simple form: St Joseph's Junior Park Run Take Over - PTFA Registration Form – Fill in form 
  3. Children taking part are required to wear PE Kit / School Colours (Purple) to help identify them
  4. Parents MUST remain in attendance - this is NOT a drop off event
