Grey House are fundraising for the British Heart Foundation

Grey House voted for a medical charity, the British Heart Foundation, to support with their fundraising in 2026 - 2027.  

The British Heart Foundation is the biggest independent funder of research into cardiovascular disease in the UK. This is such an important charity as every 3 minutes, someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease. It can affect anyone. Your support helps British Heart Foundation fund research that helps saves lives. They want to power the next breakthroughs in diagnosing, treating, and preventing the world’s biggest killer. Their vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer. They will get there by funding research to help save and improve lives.

Grey are starting their fundraising campaign with the Year 11 movie night for Year 7 in October and the Year 9 Charity Fair in November. Year 7 will do a sponsored run in the summer term and Year 8 and Year 10 will plan some charity events in the coming terms.
