Macaulay PTA is launching its first ever 9-5 Danceathon to raise funds for our school.  On Friday 13 February every class will take a turn on the dance floor in the school hall, with music, lights and a brilliant party atmosphere.  Children will dance in year group slots throughout the day, then the doors will open after school for families to join the fun.

We have chosen this fundraiser because it is active, inclusive and joyful.  Every child can take part, and every pound raised goes directly back into improving school life.  The PTA is currently funding playground improvements, trips, workshops and classroom resources.  These make a huge difference for all pupils, so your support really matters.

We are inviting children to gather sponsorship from family, friends and neighbours.  Small rewards will be given for individual fundraising milestones, and there will be class and whole school targets to help everyone stay motivated.
