Cupcakes for a Cause — supporting Children with Cancer UK

This September marks Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and we're marking it with a whole-school cupcake fundraiser in support of Children with Cancer UK. Students and staff will be able to order a cupcake (standard, gluten free or dairy free) to collect at breaktime on Friday 16th October, with a suggested £1.50 donation made via our SuperKind page.

The fundraiser has a personal connection for our school community, and students will be sharing more about why this cause matters to them with students during tutor time. We're hoping to raise £500 to support research into kinder, more effective treatments for children with cancer — currently just 2% of UK cancer research funding goes towards research specifically for children and young people.
