Year 8 10KM run

At Wetheringsett Manor School, we have a Year 8 student who is taking on a sponsored 10km run to raise money for Suffolk Mind, a local charity that supports people of all ages with their mental health. Suffolk Mind provides vital services such as counselling, wellbeing support, and help for young people who may be struggling with their mental health.

This student understands how important it is to have the right support in place. Mental health matters just as much as physical health, especially for young people, and Suffolk Mind helps ensure that no one has to face difficulties alone.
