SuperKind Fundraising is the only fundraising platform in the world that allows young people under the age of 18 to create & manage their own fundraising pages. As well as leading to more money being raised through a wider net of donors (as children send their own fundraising pages out to friends & family), this empowers children to be a central part of the fundraising process.
Our mission is to educate, inspire and empower young-change makers and we are delighted to announce that in support of this goal, a generous foundation has made a £2,500 prize available to the PTA that engages the most young fundraisers in the Autumn term of 2024.
The terms & conditions of the prize works as follows:
The PTA must create and publish a campaign on SuperKind, raising a minimum of £1,000 in total. The campaign can be for your own school, PTA, or any other registered UK charity.
Individual children can join a PTA’s campaign by clicking the ‘Join Now’ button on the Campaign page. They can then create their very own individual fundraising page, which will be connected to the PTA’s campaign. Any individual fundraising page that raises a minimum of £20 will be eligible and will counted.
The PTA that has the most eligible individual fundraising pages created for their campaign will receive a £2,500 donation from our supporter.
The end date for campaigns and fundraisers to be created and counted is 31st December 2024. The prize will be paid before 30th January 2025.
SuperKind Fundraising Ltd’s decision on eligibility and the awarding of the prize will be final.
SuperKind is the award-winning fundraising platform for schools and PTAs.
We are free for PTAs to use and the only platform in the world that allows children to create their own online fundraisers (replacing the hassle of paper and pen sponsorship forms).
We can add your PTA to SuperKind within 3-4 days, allowing you to raise more sponsorship money than ever before. That’s why SuperKind is the fundraising solution used by hundreds of schools and PTAs.
Please also check out our FAQs for more information.
We don’t charge PTAs a penny. And because we are a social enterprise, the payment processing fees charged by our partner (Stripe) are the lowest on the market (1.2% + 20p for major UK credit cards).
SuperKind is the only fundraising platform in the world that legally allows children under 16 to create their own fundraising pages online. Instead of having to deal with paper forms (and all the money that gets lost, or not given!), children can do it all online themselves and send their page to friends & family for sponsorship. Fundraisers are directly connected to the PTA’s overall campaign, meaning you will raise more money that ever before.
Our customer service is second to none. We can add you as a beneficiary on our system within 3-4 days in most cases. So you can be creating your own online fundraiser and inviting the whole school to join you in record time. Plus SuperKind is loaded with tools for PTAs.
All donations are processed by our established partners Stripe and Charities Trust. SuperKind never handles donations.
Our payment partner, Stripe, deducts a processing fee of 1.2% + 20p from all donations made with a major UK or EU card (other cards, including American Express, may incur higher fees). This goes straight to them (not to SuperKind) and is the lowest fee on the market. 100% of the net amount goes to your chosen charity.
Unlike other fundraising platforms, SuperKind is a social enterprise. We are dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of change-makers.
